OUR POLICY
If customers have purchased a ticket for a one-off session, evaluation session, or workshop, these sessions cannot be rescheduled or postponed under any circumstances. For a block of one-to-one sessions, one reschedule per block is allowed (within 7 days from the original booking date), provided at least 48 hours' notice is given. Otherwise, the session will be charged at the regular session rate. Your coach will offer two alternatives, but please note that if you are unable to accept the alternatives offered, the session will be charged at the regular rate. When booking a block of sessions, customers commit to the same day and time for the number of weeks purchased, unless pre-arranged otherwise. Once a session has been cancelled by a customer, the cancellation is final. Please do not contact us after your cancellation to state that you can now make it to your lesson due to a change of circumstances, etc. A session will no longer be available after a customer's notice of cancellation. If customers are late for their session, the time will not be extended. If customers fail to attend their scheduled session, it will be charged at the regular rate. Gift sessions/vouchers purchased with no arranged date need to be booked/redeemed within 30 days from the purchase date, otherwise, they expire. All tickets to our events (bootcamps, workshops, master classes, performances, concerts) as well as vouchers/gifts are non-refundable. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel all events at any time. A full ticket refund will be issued in the event of cancellation by the organizers. All events may be filmed for advertisement and promotional purposes.
